Sheet Piles

Z-Sheet Piles

Z-shaped sheet piles are the continuous form of the web and the specific location of the interlock

symmetrically on both sides of the neutral axis. These two attributes have a positive influence on the section modulus. Z-Type sheet piles are the preferred choice for permanent applications.

U-Sheet Piles

U-Type sheet piles are the preferred choice for temporary applications due to the interlock between adjacent sheet piles. U-Piles offer high corrosion resistance, excellent statical properties, great profile depth, and large flange thickness.

Energy Sheet Piles

Energy sheet piles present a highly efficient double use of steel and hydraulic engineering to deliver an innovative and inexpensive renewable energy system for the generation and emission of heat – both in open water, and in structures around which groundwater flows.

Tubular Combined Walls

This system is composed of steel pipes, as primary elements, and double Z-sections or U-sections as intermediate piles. The possibility to use different combinations in combined walls  allows them to take loads that cannot be taken by conventional sheet piles.

Anchor Systems

Tie-rods are structural element installed to transfer applied tensile loads. A tie-rod is commonly used along with other retaining systems (e.g. soldier piles, sheet piles, secant and tangent walls) to provide additional stability to cantilevered retaining walls.

HMZZ

The HMZZ concept is based on a stiff king piles (H-beam) with intermediary sheet piles (ZZ or ZU) resulting in an overall safe and cost effective high capacity retaining structure, with a high stiffness and bending moment capacity, and is a preferred solution for port structures.

Mooring Bollards

Mooring Bollards are made from high-quality cast iron or cast steel and are available in single or double bollards. Designed for easy repair and replacement, mooring solutions include, mooring hooks and rings, and edge-, dolphin- and recess bollards.

Fenders

We offer a wide range of high performance fender systems for various marine applications. From rubber and foam fenders to pneumatic-, corner-, and rolling fenders, our safety-critical solutions can be used in high or low variations in water level.

Corner Sections

Special corner sections interlocking with Z-Sections or U-Sections make it possible to form corners or junction piles without using fabricated special piles. Corner sections are fixed to the sheet pile in accordance to EN 12063. Different welding specifications are available on request.

H-Piles

H-piling refers to elements used in the design of deep foundations. They are used as bearing piles for projects such as bridges and industrial facilities, marine structures, anchorage, excavation walls and earth retention applications such as soldier beam and secant pile walls.
