Bright Bar Round Peeled SANS 1700 (ISO 898-1)

Bright Bar Round Peeled SANS 1700 (ISO 898-1)is a micro-alloyed product which is used successfully by the automotive industry for safety critical components e.g. side shafts, drive shafts, bolts, steering components and a wide variety of safety critical applications. Used as replacement for applications where costly heat treatment (Quench and Tempered) is required. Excellent welding, cold forming and thread rolling capabilities due to low carbon content.
