Slit Coils
Slit coils are made from wider master coils that are cut into narrower slits using a cutting machine, customisable to the width needed for your requirements. These slit coils are useful for a range of industries and applications such as automotive trim, springs, electronics, HVAC – heating, ventilation and air conditioning ducts, appliances, and more.
Hot Rolled Slit Coil
A Hot Rolled Slit Coil is a process whereby a steel coil is fed lengthwise through a slitter and cut into narrower coils. As the coils runs through the slitter, extremely sharp blades ensure the widths required.
Hot Dipped Galvanised Slit Coil
A Hot Dipped Galvanised Slit Coil is reduced to certain widths by rolling and annealing, and then wound into a roll. Slit coil is used for a variety of end products, which include HVAC duct, lighting fixtures, and roof drain pipes only to name a few.
Electrogalvanised Slit Coil
