The Construction sector, through many leading South African fabricators, is proudly served by Macsteel with products that include Cellular and Castellated Beams, Sheet, Plate, Cold Formed Sections, Tube, Pipe, Platework and a large range of Structural Sections. Value added services for this sector include drilling, cut-to-size, mitre cutting, angle cropping and punching, t-section and haunching.

We supply a range of steel and stainless steel grades for the manufacture of products for this sector. Stainless steel is used in the manufacture of cutlery, pots and pans whilst roof sheeting is available through a vast number of retail outlets. Aluminium is widely used in the manufacture of hollowware as well. Signs and numbers are cut from the pre-painted and coated steels whilst braais are produced from stainless and carbon steel sheet.
