Leading Coil and Flat Sheet processing facilities
Our Coil Processing facility is one of the leading coil and flat sheet processing facilities in South Africa.
Our extensive value-added operations, include a sophisticated range of 14 processing lines providing cut-to-length, blanking, slitting, edge trimming, guillotining and stretching and levelling services for steel products. We process a full range of hot rolled, cold rolled, high chrome, galvanized, pre-coated, flat product and slit material including de-coiling/recoiling capabilities of material to 2 000mm widths and up to 30-tonne coil mass capacity.
Our state-of-the-art high-speed blanking lines supply surface critical materials to our customers in the automotive, appliance, manufacturing and construction industries amongst others.
Our coil processing plant boasts one of the most advanced stretcher levelling plants in the region, enabling us to produce completely flat and stress-free plates and sheets. Additionally, we have one of the most advanced multi-head rotary shear and Chicago Slitting lines to ensure that we continue to provide high-quality products and optimum services to our customers.
